  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 3cucumbers, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced crosswise
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • coarse salt and ground black pepper to taste
