  • 1 12 cupsolive oil
  • 12 cupwhite wine vinegar
  • 14 cupwhite onion, grated
  • 2 tablespoonscapers, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoonwhite pepper
  • 12 teaspoondried oregano
  • 12 teaspoonsalt
  • Directions

  • Combine the feta, olive oil, vinegar, onions, capers, garlic, oregano and salt & pepper in a container with a lid that closes tightly.
  • Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.  Ingredients should be thoroughly blended.
