Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup Chickpea bread crumbs
  2. Nutritional yeast
  3. Pinch Chili lime seasoning
  4. Parsley
  5. Garlic powder
  6. Onion powder
  7. Pinch Salt
  8. Aquafaba

Steps

  1. Cut zucchini into shape of fries

  2. Mix the Aquafaba until almost at a peak and then dip into bread crumbs

  3. Place on cookie sheet and bake until crispy brown on 450 for 20 minutes

  4. Turn over and bake for 10 more minutes
