- 1/2 cup Chickpea bread crumbs
- Nutritional yeast
- Pinch Chili lime seasoning
- Parsley
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Pinch Salt
- Aquafaba
Steps
Cut zucchini into shape of fries
Mix the Aquafaba until almost at a peak and then dip into bread crumbs
Place on cookie sheet and bake until crispy brown on 450 for 20 minutes
Turn over and bake for 10 more minutes
