1. 2 cup almond flour
  2. 1 1/2 cup Colby jack cheese

  5. 1 cup Gluten free oatmeal flour
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 2 tablespoon olive oil
  8. 6 tablespoon zaatar


  1. Melt the cheese in a Microwave Separate two minute add yogurt mix will

  2. Beat eggs add to the cheese mixture then the almonds flour and the baking powder and mix you get sticky dough then I start adding the Gluten free oatmeal flour two spoons at time till I got a dough that is not sticky anymore

  3. I end up with 6 rounds disk I flat it with oil fingers using olive oil then add 1 tablespoon of zaatar on each one cooked for 18 minutes at temperature 350 enjoy
