1. 2 carrots
  2. 2 onions
  3. 2 tsp minced garlic
  4. 500 ml chicken stock
  5. 1 tbs olive oil
  6. 1 tsp dark soya sauce


  1. Chop all ingredients. Fry vegetables with olive oil under onions are soft

  2. Add chicken stock and dark soya sauce, stir well. Cook on high heat until boiling. Lower heat to simmer for 10 mins or until carrots are soft
