Easy instant breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 inch ginger
- 4-5 curry leaves
- 1 cup soji
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon urad dal
- 1 tablespoon Chana dal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 green chilis
- 1 cup water
Steps
In hot kadai, add oil and put mustard seeds and once mustard seeds are spatter, add urad dal curry Leafs, Chana dal
Now add chopped onion and spilled green chili’s and cook till onion become clear
Add I cup water and let it boil
Once water boiled add soji and cook till it comes out cleanly
