1. 1 bowl udadh and chana mix dall
  2. 1 tbs dessi ghee
  3. 1 spoon salt
  4. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  5. 1 spoon turmric powder
  6. 1/4 spoon garam masala
  7. 1 Onion chooped
  8. 1 tomato chooped
  9. 4-5 pieces garlic chooped
  10. 2 glass water


  1. Firstly wash dall now take a cooker add dall,turmric powder,salt and water now cover the lid after 1 whistle low the flame boil it for 25 minutes

  2. Now take a wok add ghee and heat it now add garlic fry it add onion fry it add tomato and red chilli powder mix well now add dall in it add garam masala and mix it

  3. Dall is ready to serve. serve it with chappti or rice
