Ingredients

  1. Dough
  2. 1 cup warm milk
  3. 1/2 cup warm water
  4. 2 tbsp yoghrt
  5. 1 tbsp instant yeast
  6. 1 tbsp sugar
  7. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  8. 4 cups flour gradually. Up to 5 cups
  9. 1 tbsp salt
  10. Filling
  11. 1/2 kg cheese
  12. 1 tbsp dried mint
  13. 1 tbsp dried red pepper

Steps

  1. Mix dough ingredients.

  2. Put a little oil on top of dough, cover it and leave it to rest for 40 mins.

  3. Cut into 11 if possible pieces. Cover and leave them to rest for 10 minutes.

  4. Mix the filling.

  5. Spread dough with a little flour. Place filling in the middle (2 tbsp) and close properly.

  6. Spread it again and repeat for each piece of dough.

  7. Place on frying pan and wait for it to cook.
