1. 12 tomatos
  2. 1 red onion
  3. 6 cloves garlic
  4. 1 healthy amount of basil
  5. Tomato paste
  6. Chicken or vegetable stock
  7. Butter
  8. Cayenne pepper
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper
  11. Heavy cream


  1. Cut the onion, tomatoes, and garlic into small pieces. Don’t worry to much about this step they will be blended into finer pieces later.

  2. Melt 1 tbsp of butter into a pot. cook the garlic and onion.

  3. Add tomatoes, a small bit of tomato paste, a splash of heavy cream, chicken stock, and some basil.

  4. Bring to a boil, and then simmer for about 15 minutes

  5. Use an immersion blender to blend the concoction

  6. Congrats u made tomato soup
