1. 250 g maida (can substitute with all-purpose flour)
  2. 12 gms Active yeast
  3. Salt
  4. 1 Egg
  5. Baking soda
  6. For filling:
  7. 150 gr boneless chicken
  8. 2 tsp Red chilly powder
  9. 2 tsp Tandoori masala
  10. Salt
  11. 1 tsp Garlic ginger paste
  12. Mozarella cheese


  1. Take maida in a bowl add oil egg soda and active yeast and make dough keep it for one hour.

  2. Take boneless chicken and add above ingredients and cook for 15 mins.

  3. Take a dough and make a roll and add chicken filling in it.add lots of grated cheese.

  4. Bake this at 200 degree celsius for 10mins

  5. Rolls are ready to eat. U can eat with tomato sauce or mayonisse
