Actully, this is not my recipe. I took it from 1 of my cooking book madam bought for me.
I made my own style same as the mentioned recipe.
But because i don’t have iceberg lettuce,cherry tomatoes and black beansi used same veges but different types.
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes,halved
- 1/2 cup corn, cooked
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1 pc avocado,diced
- 1/4 cup coriander
- 3 tbsp yogurt,light/low fat
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
Just follow what is mentioned design of each Veges. Its written there and put in bowl as you can see in picture.
But it’s up to you if how can you design that. As long as you get the same taste.
The dressing you need to blend that so that you can get the creamyest of the sauce, before pouring up the salad.
