Steps

  1. Place a cap of olive oil in a pan. Let heat on medium low heat.

  2. Add a cup or 1/2 of a cup of sliced mushrooms. Stir frequently until golden brown.

  3. Add creole seasoning.

  4. Glaze bottom bun of fresh bakery roll.

  5. Add a slice of yellow chedder cheese on top of mushrooms.

  6. Let cheese melt a bit. Then place mushrooms on bun.

  7. Pour sweet chilli sauce slowly over the mushrooms. Then add some to the top bun. Use lettece if desired.
