Easy but tasty! Try it!


  1. 2 eggs, lighlty whisked
  2. 2 tomatoes
  3. 2 garlics, finely chopped
  4. 1 spring onion, chopped
  5. Some salt
  6. Some pepper
  7. Chicken powder
  8. 1 bit of water
  9. Oil for frying


  1. Put the oil in a pan.

  2. Add in the garlics. Stir until fragrant.

  3. Add in the tomatoes. Stir until they turn half soft.

  4. Then add half of thr chopped spring onion. Stir again.

  5. Then add a bit of water. Stir again. Add the seasonings. Taste test.

  6. Then add in the eggs. Leave the for 5 minutes, don’t forgdt to cover the pan using a lid.

  7. Then take out the lid. Add the remaining spring onion. Stir lightly the eggs and tomatoes so the eggs look like scrambled eggs.

  8. Turn off the heat. Serve.
