Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs (cut into smaller pcs)
- Salt
- 3 slices ginger
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- Sauce
- 2 inches gingers (minced)
- 4 stalks scallions (minced)
- Salt
Steps
Place the chicken in a plate add salt and soya sauce on it. Place some ginger slices on top. steam it.
Make the sauce and set aside.
Stream for around 10 mins. Add 90% of the sauce on top and continue streaming for another 5 mins.
Once cooked, add the remaining of the sauce on top of the chicken and serve.
