Ingredients

  1. Chicken Thighs (cut into smaller pcs)
  2. Salt
  3. 3 slices ginger
  4. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  5. Sauce
  6. 2 inches gingers (minced)
  7. 4 stalks scallions (minced)
  8. Salt

Steps

  1. Place the chicken in a plate add salt and soya sauce on it. Place some ginger slices on top. steam it.

  2. Make the sauce and set aside.

  3. Stream for around 10 mins. Add 90% of the sauce on top and continue streaming for another 5 mins.

  4. Once cooked, add the remaining of the sauce on top of the chicken and serve.
