- 200 g Rice Flour – 粘米粉
- 75 g Plain Flour – 普通面粉
- 110 g Sugar – 糖
- 1 Teaspoon Yeast酵母
- 1 Teaspoon Baking powder 泡打粉
- 330 g Water 水
Mix rice floor, plain flour and 250g of water to stir well and leave it aside.
Melt sugar or palm sugar in 80g of water, and let it cool
Measure the Sugar syrup to get 190g, if less, just add water to get 190g
Add Yeast to let it proof
Grease the steam cup. Add Baking powder. Stir well. Bring the water to boil, pour in batter and steam for 20min. It is nicer to serve after cool.
