Ingredients

  1. 1 yellow onion, diced
  2. 1-2 tbs minced garlic
  3. 2 ribs of celery, diced
  4. 1 green bell pepper, diced
  5. 2 cans kidney beans, drained
  6. 12-16 oz andouille sausage, sliced into coins
  7. 1/2 cup broth
  8. Seasonings: paprika, cajun, Italian, old bay, salt&pepper
  9. Cooked rice

Steps

  1. Add everything, except rice, to slow cooker and stir to combine. Cook on low 4 hours.

  2. Serve over rice.

  3. The sausage I used.
