Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1-2 tbs minced garlic
- 2 ribs of celery, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained
- 12-16 oz andouille sausage, sliced into coins
- 1/2 cup broth
- Seasonings: paprika, cajun, Italian, old bay, salt&pepper
- Cooked rice
Steps
Add everything, except rice, to slow cooker and stir to combine. Cook on low 4 hours.
Serve over rice.
