  • 3 lbsboneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (12ounce) can beer
  • 1 (1ounce) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 8 tablespoonsbutter
  • sandwich bun
  • Directions

  • Place chicken, beer, soup mix and butter in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
  • Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker; stir well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve on toasted sandwich buns, topped with dill pickle slices and a squeeze of bbq sauce.
