IngredientsNutrition3 lbsboneless skinless chicken breasts1 (12ounce) can beer1 (1ounce) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix8 tablespoonsbuttersandwich bun
DirectionsPlace chicken, beer, soup mix and butter in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker; stir well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Serve on toasted sandwich buns, topped with dill pickle slices and a squeeze of bbq sauce.
