My friend is on a ‘carnivore diet’ and this is his favorite food combination. It has very basic ingredients. He deems it as the optimal food source and eats it everyday.


  1. Beef (Sirloin)
  2. Salmon
  3. Salt
  4. Egg Recipe
  5. 2-3 eggs
  6. Butter or cream


  1. Place Beef and Salmon on a baking tray. Feel free to sprinkle a liberal amount of salt to taste. (Salt is a very important mineral for the carnivore diet)

  2. Grill at 180 celcious for about 8 minutes.

  3. Mix the eggs with butter in a bowl (or cream)

  4. Microwave ‘egg recipe’ for 2 mins.

  5. Once done, transfer everything on a plate and enjoy.
