My friend is on a ‘carnivore diet’ and this is his favorite food combination. It has very basic ingredients. He deems it as the optimal food source and eats it everyday.
- Beef (Sirloin)
- Egg Recipe
- 2-3 eggs
- Butter or cream
Place Beef and Salmon on a baking tray. Feel free to sprinkle a liberal amount of salt to taste. (Salt is a very important mineral for the carnivore diet)
Grill at 180 celcious for about 8 minutes.
Mix the eggs with butter in a bowl (or cream)
Microwave ‘egg recipe’ for 2 mins.
Once done, transfer everything on a plate and enjoy.
