  • 1lb raw turkey sausage links (or pork)
  • 1pintbaby bella mushroom, quartered
  • 2cupsBaby Spinach, raw
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar garlic alfredo sauce
  • 14 cupbeef broth
  • 3garlic cloves, minced
  • 2cups shredded cheese (I use a 4-cheddar blend)
  • paprika (optional)

    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Boil potatoes for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water to cool them enough to handle.
  • Meanwhile, brown sausage links in pan on low-medium heat. Once sausage is cooked, cut it in to bite sized pieces and set aside.
  • Cut cooled potatoes into half inch chunks.
  • Prepare a 13 by 9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.Add in potatoes, sausage, mushrooms, spinach, and garlic.
  • Pour jar of Alfredo sauce over mixture. Then add in beef broth and one cup of the cheese. Mix until well combined,spreading mixture out evenly in baking dish.
  • Top mixture with remaining cup of cheese,Then sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
