Boil potatoes for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water to cool them enough to handle.
Meanwhile, brown sausage links in pan on low-medium heat. Once sausage is cooked, cut it in to bite sized pieces and set aside.
Cut cooled potatoes into half inch chunks.
Prepare a 13 by 9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.Add in potatoes, sausage, mushrooms, spinach, and garlic.
Pour jar of Alfredo sauce over mixture. Then add in beef broth and one cup of the cheese. Mix until well combined,spreading mixture out evenly in baking dish.
Top mixture with remaining cup of cheese,Then sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
