1. 18-20 Medium size Shrimp (shelled, deveined and washed)
  2. 2 Tbsp sliced Shallots
  3. 2 sliced Garlic cloves
  4. 1 fresh Red chilli chopped
  5. 1 Tsp crushed ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 Tsp Paprika powder
  7. 1 Tbsp Butter
  8. 1 Tsp lemon juice
  9. to taste Salt


  1. Marinate the Shrimp with lemon juice and Ginger garlic paste. Set aside.

  2. Melt butter in a pan and add the sliced shallots. Cook till transparent.

  3. Add the sliced garlic to the pan and let them change color to light brown

  4. Add the chopped fresh Red chilli and Paprika power and stir for 1/2 a minute.

  5. Add the marinated Shrimps to the pan and add salt to taste and stir till cooked.

  6. Empty to a serving Dish and decorate with Parsley
