Ingredients

  1. 1 kilo chicken fillet
  2. 1 cup yogurt
  3. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  4. 1/2 cup olive oil
  5. 1 onion chopped fine
  6. 2 tablespoon mild pepper paste
  7. 1 teaspoon curry
  8. 1 teaspoon cilantro dry
  9. 1 teaspoon ginger
  10. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  11. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  12. 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
  13. 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  14. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Steps

  1. Mix all spices add to chicken and let it rest for 6 hours

  2. Use any vegetables your choose stick them with chicken onto the skewers and spray an extra oil on top and cook them about 5 minutes on each side on medium heat if you using out side grill

  3. If you using oven use the broiler only keep your eyes on it every 3 minutes you flip the meet it will take about half hour

  4. You serve it on top of pita that spread with Ketchup With raw onion with sumac parsley salt and olive oil
