This is my version of roasted veggies. Use whatever veggies you have or like. Hope you like it!
Ingredients
- Half a cauliflower, cut
- 3 small carrots, cut
- 1 tomato, cut
- Quarter of a kabocha, cut
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Thyme
Steps
Put everything in a tray.
Sprinkle some salt, oil and thyme. Not too much, just enough to cover the veggies.
Give it a good mix.
Bake in a preheated oven 200°c for 3o minutes.
Serve.
