Roasted Veggies

This is my version of roasted veggies. Use whatever veggies you have or like. Hope you like it!

Ingredients

  1. Half a cauliflower, cut
  2. 3 small carrots, cut
  3. 1 tomato, cut
  4. Quarter of a kabocha, cut
  5. Olive oil
  6. Salt
  7. Thyme

Steps

  1. Put everything in a tray.

  2. Sprinkle some salt, oil and thyme. Not too much, just enough to cover the veggies.

  3. Give it a good mix.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven 200°c for 3o minutes.

  5. Serve.
