Best way to prepare fresh veggies
- Half Onion chopped large
- Half head of cabbage chopped
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 Green or yellow squash sliced
- Half Green pepper sliced
- 2 Celery stalks sliced
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 slices Optional chopped bacon
- Salt taste
- Pepper taste
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Chop any veggies you want to eat or have laying around. Coat with olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 425 F covered for 20 min. Uncover and bake another 20 min. Or until veggies meet preference.
