Best way to prepare fresh veggies

Ingredients

  1. Half Onion chopped large
  2. Half head of cabbage chopped
  3. 2 carrots sliced
  4. 1 Green or yellow squash sliced
  5. Half Green pepper sliced
  6. 2 Celery stalks sliced
  7. 2 Garlic cloves
  8. 2 slices Optional chopped bacon
  9. Salt taste
  10. Pepper taste
  11. 3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Steps

  1. Chop any veggies you want to eat or have laying around. Coat with olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Bake at 425 F covered for 20 min. Uncover and bake another 20 min. Or until veggies meet preference.
