1. 1 butternut squash, cubed
  2. Olive oil
  3. Salt
  4. 1 can chickpeas
  5. Garam masala spice
  6. Salt
  7. Tikka Masala sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 200. Toss butternut and chickpeas with oil, garam masala, and salt. Spread out on parchment and roast for 30 minutes

  2. Heat up sauce in pan. Mix vegetables with sauce and serve.
