1. 2 1/2 cup flour
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 2 tsp sugar
  4. 1 1/4 dry yeast
  5. 1 cup warm water
  6. Extra Virgin Olive oil


  1. In a large bowl mix flour salt sugar and yeast. Add water mix gently shaping a ball. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil into the bottom of the bowl, place the dough and cover with plastic wrap. Let the bowl stand in a warm place for 30 minutes until it doubles in size.

  2. Grease the dough ball and let it rest for 10 minutes

  3. Ready to use. Can be saved for later. Fridge or freeze.
