Ingredients

  1. Slaw
  2. 4 cups shredded cabbage
  3. 1-1/2 cups pineapple chunks
  4. 1/2 cup shredded Carrots
  5. Dressing
  6. 1/3 cup buttermilk
  7. 1 teaspoon honey
  8. 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  9. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  10. 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  11. To taste salt
  12. To taste ground black pepper

Steps

  1. Mix the dressing ingredients. Wisk well.

  2. Shred the cabbage. Grate the Carrots. Mix with pineapple.

  3. Mix all the ingredients and chill for 2 hours if possible, before serving.
