Ingredients
- Slaw
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1-1/2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup shredded Carrots
- Dressing
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- To taste salt
- To taste ground black pepper
Steps
Mix the dressing ingredients. Wisk well.
Shred the cabbage. Grate the Carrots. Mix with pineapple.
Mix all the ingredients and chill for 2 hours if possible, before serving.
