1. 1 (big) can condensed milk
  2. 2 cups water
  3. 3 cups flour
  4. 3 tsp baking powder
  5. 1 1/2 baking soda
  6. 1/2 cup cooking oil


  1. Mix condensed milk and cooking oil until well combined.

  2. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda.

  3. Mix until fully incorporated with no lumps.

  4. Heat pan first with meduim fire. If it is already hot enough lower fire to medium low heat.

  5. You can use any size of spoon or cups you want, however big or small you want you pancake to be. I use 1/2 cup per pancake.

  6. Pour the batter on the pan. Wait for the bubbles to come out and the edges to dry up. Then flip the pancake. Wait for 2 minutes before taking out of the pan. Add sprinkles or any other toppings you prefer.
