- 1/4 bihon or palabok noodles
- 1/4 ground pork or 6pcs longganisa
- cubes shrimp
- atsuete powder
- all purpose flour
- chicharon or tinapa
- boiled egg
Boil bihon/palabok noodles until it’s tender.
Saute onion, garlic, ground pork. Add atsuete powder. Then add all purpose flour. Stir continuously.
Add water, add shrimp cubes.
Cook for about 15 minutes then add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the cooked bihon/palabok noodles in a plate/bowl. Pour in the sauce. Add tinapa, chicaron and sliced boiled egg for toppings.
