Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oatmeal (uncooked) each jar
- 1/2 cup premier protein im using (peaches and cream) each jar
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt each jar
- 1-2 drop vanilla stevia
- Toppings
- .25 apple sliced with cinnamon powder,1 drop stevia
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
Steps
In a jar add oats, protein, yogurt, stevia and topping and refrigerate overnight
