Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup oatmeal (uncooked) each jar
  2. 1/2 cup premier protein im using (peaches and cream) each jar
  3. 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt each jar
  4. 1-2 drop vanilla stevia
  5. Toppings
  6. .25 apple sliced with cinnamon powder,1 drop stevia
  7. 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

Steps

  1. In a jar add oats, protein, yogurt, stevia and topping and refrigerate overnight
