Big ugly fish makes a lovely light meal ?

Ingredients

  1. 1 x Nile Perch
  2. Drizzle of olive oil
  3. 1 x clove of garlic
  4. Salt + pepper
  5. Lemon

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a flat frying pan and lightly fry up some crushed garlic

  2. Light dusting of salt and (coarse) pepper on each side and squeeze on some lemon

  3. Fry up… 8 mins each side on a medium heat… turn up a little if you like it a little crisp.

  4. Serve up with some rice…
