Back then I used to eat their SuperPretzels but now that I’m gluten free I can’t eat them anymore so I have decided to make my own version of it.


  1. Gluten free flour
  2. Malted Barley Flour
  3. Niacin
  4. Reduced Iron
  5. Thiamine Mononitrate
  6. Riboflavin
  7. Folic Acid)
  8. Water
  9. Corn Syrup
  10. Yeast
  11. Salt
  12. Bicarbonates
  13. Carbonates of Soda


  1. Microwave:1. Place frozen pretzel(s) on a microwaveable plate.2. Heat pretzel for 30* seconds on high. Add 30 seconds for each additional pretzel.3. If desired, moisten pretzel(s) with a small amount of water or butter. Sprinkle with salt
