  2. 12 egg yolk
  3. 7 egg whites
  4. 375 g sugar or 350 g
  5. 20 g emulsifier

  7. 200 g flour
  8. 40 g milk powder
  9. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  11. 200 g butter
  12. 50 g coconut milk
  13. (d)
  14. 1 tablespoon black forest paste
  15. 1 tablespoon mocca paste


  1. Prepare the pan 22x22x7 cm, greased and line baking sheet.
    Mix ingredients B – set aside.
    Whisk ingredients C until smooth – set aside.
    Beat ingredients A till thick and fluffy, add B and mix well.
    Add ingredients C and continue to mix till well combined.

  2. Divide batter into three equal parts. One part add black forest paste.
    Add mocca paste in the 2nd parts.
    Let the other part remain.

  3. Pour black forest batter into the pan and steamed it for 10 minutes until cooked.
    Pour mocca batter and continue to steam it again for 10 minutes.
    Lastly pour white batter, steamed for 20 minutes.

  4. Remove, let cool. Remove from pan, cut into pieces.
