Ingredients
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1 small white onion chopped
- 1 apple chopped
- 1 green chili chopped
- Half cup coriander leaves
- 4 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 tablespoon tamarind sauce optional
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon rock salt
- Half tablespoon red chilli powder
- Pinch black pepper powder
- Pinch chaat masala
- Pinch garam masala
- Pinch cumin powder
Steps
Mix all the ingredients together
Use only hand blender
Blend carefully and slowly
Dont add water please
Make a smooth thick chutney
