Ingredients

  1. 1 cup mint leaves
  2. 1 small white onion chopped
  3. 1 apple chopped
  4. 1 green chili chopped
  5. Half cup coriander leaves
  6. 4 tablespoon brown sugar
  7. 4 tablespoon tamarind sauce optional
  8. 2 cloves garlic
  9. 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  10. 1 teaspoon rock salt
  11. Half tablespoon red chilli powder
  12. Pinch black pepper powder
  13. Pinch chaat masala
  14. Pinch garam masala
  15. Pinch cumin powder

Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients together

  2. Use only hand blender

  3. Blend carefully and slowly

  4. Dont add water please

  5. Make a smooth thick chutney

  6. Enjoy more flavor with food
