1. For the dough
  2. 200 gr oat flour
  3. 100 gr all purpose flour
  4. 15 ml oil
  5. 10 gr fresh yeast
  6. Pinch salt
  7. 100 ml warm water
  8. For the filling
  9. 500 gr spinach
  10. 300 gr different herbs
  11. 1 onion
  12. Bunch dill
  13. 1 egg
  14. Salt
  15. Pepper
  16. 1 greek yogurt
  17. 300 gr feta cheese
  18. 100 gr parmesan cheese


  1. Make the dough and let it rest for 1 hour (approx double size)

  2. Shimmer the spinach and herbs and when they are cooked put them in a strainer. Cook for a minute the onions in a low heat. Then mix all ingredients of filling in a bowl adding salt and pepper.

  3. Take a small glass and make circles in order to make small pairs of ravioli around 8 cm. Fill them with the filling and cover them with the other piece or pastry.

  4. Put them in a preheated oven 180 degrees and bake them for around 15 min (depends the oven) or till have some color above and when you turn them are bit brown on the bottom. Enjoy.
