Pudding is a type of food that can be either a dessert or a savory (salty or spicy) non-sweet dish that is part of the main meal.There are many kinds of pudding we cook in our country like as rice pudding,bread pudding, custard, jelly etc. Here I have made a caramelized milk pudding with eggs.You can try it and enjoy.Take love from Bangladesh. ?
- 2 eggs
- 1 tin Evaporated/ condensed milk
- Sugar as required
- 1 cup Liquid milk
- 1 tablespoon Powder milk
- 2 teaspoon Water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 pinch salt
Take a pot, put 5 teaspoon of sugar with 2 teaspoon water and heat it on stove. When the are melt and the liquid turns brown, stop the stove. Caramel is ready for the pudding.
Now put those caramel into a dise in which you want to make the pudding.
In another pot, put 2 eggs with salt and sugar as required and beat it with hand whisk/ bitter.Then gradually mix powder milk, condensed milk, liquid milk and venilla essence and beat them properly.
Transfer the beaten solution in the caramelized pan and transfer it for steam.
After 20-25 minutes,chek it with a toothpick if it is perfectly cooked or not. If it is cooked, the toothpick remains clean after checking.Now stop the steamer.Bring the pudding out and let it cool.
Milk pudding is ready to serve.
