Becky’s mandarin orange salad


  1. 1 Pkg instant vanilla pudding
  2. 2 cups buttermilk
  3. 1 (8 oz) coolwhip
  4. 1 (15 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  5. 2 Small cans mandarin oranges, drained
  6. 1 Pkg Keebler cookies crushed


  1. Empty Pkg vanilla pudding in large bowl, add 2 cups buttermilk and mix well. Add coolwhip to pudding mixture and mix well. Add pineapple and oranges to pudding mixture, make sure you drain fruits well. Crush all but 4 cookies and add to pudding and fruit, then add crushed 4 cookies on top and refrigerate for 2 hrs or longer, overnight is best!
