Ingredients

  1. Noodles
  2. 500 g bread flour
  3. 150 ml water
  4. 2 tsp salt
  5. 2 tsp garlic powder
  6. Sauce
  7. 2 tbsp cooking oil
  8. 1/2 bulb garlic
  9. 2 tsp salt
  10. 1 tbsp shio kogi

Steps

  1. Mix flour, salt, water, and garlic powder in standmoxer until bouncy and silky smooth

  2. Cover in damp towels and rest for 30 minutes

  3. Hold dough on forearm and shave noodles into boiling water

  4. Cook noodles for 5 minutes
