Easy n quick mince meat with fenugreek leaves.(kheema methi)my husband FAVORITE ?


  1. 1/2 kg mince(mutton/beef/chicken)
  2. 1 onion,4 tbsp ginger garlic n
  3. Chilli paste,2 green chillies n 2 red chillies slit(acc to u)
  4. 2 cups fenugreek leaves washed n drained
  5. 1 tbsn red chilli pwd n 1 tsp turmeric pwd.1 tbsp salt
  6. 3 tbsn oil


  1. First heat oil then add onion when slightly brown add mince meat.saute then add salt.red chilli pwd n turmeric n cook till oil floats up.then add the chillies n fenugreek cook till done

  2. Decorate with red chillies n serve with khubus/chapati/tortilla.
