i have seen other people do this by caramelizing the sugar first before they drop the kamote fries. haven’t tried it yet. maybe next time

Ingredients

  1. Kamote
  2. Sugar
  3. Oil

Steps

  1. Peel kamote and cut

  2. Heat oil.in a pan

  3. Add kamote fries and sprinkle with sugar

  4. Wait for the sugar to stick to the kamote fries

  5. Serve hot
