This is my personal Tuna Salad recipe ! I’ve mastered this recipe and have used it for anything and everything! Lettuce wraps, Tuna Melts, Tuna Sandwiches, dipping crackers in ! this recipe is universal!
Ingredients
- 4 cans tuna
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/3 cup banana peppers
- 1/3 cup chopped pickles
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 a lime juiced
- 1/2 a lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 hefty cups mayo
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
Steps
Open cans of tuna drain the juice and put in large bowl, mix in all ingredients listed. Serve and enjoy !
Feel free to add bacon to this ! You can cook it wait for it to cool then chop it up and add it to the mix in fresh bacon bits.
I also sometimes chop up some jalapeño to make this a little spicier !
