Ingredients

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 3 tbsp Semolina
  3. 0.5 tsp baking soda
  4. 2 tsp sugar/honey
  5. 2 tbsp oil
  6. 0.5 tsp hing
  7. 2 green chilli
  8. 0.5 cup water
  9. Salt
  10. 0.25 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Tempering
  12. Mustard seeds
  13. Urrad dal
  14. Channa dal
  15. Red chilli

Steps

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients with water and form a smooth batter.

  2. Place the bowl in microwave for 3.5 to 4 minutes.

  3. Prepare tempering by taking oil + mustard seeds+ urrad dal + chilli and curry leaves. Once it splutters transfer it to bowl and serve hot dhokla
