Ingredients
- 1 cup besan
- 3 tbsp Semolina
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp sugar/honey
- 2 tbsp oil
- 0.5 tsp hing
- 2 green chilli
- 0.5 cup water
- Salt
- 0.25 tsp turmeric powder
- Tempering
- Mustard seeds
- Urrad dal
- Channa dal
- Red chilli
Steps
In a bowl mix all ingredients with water and form a smooth batter.
Place the bowl in microwave for 3.5 to 4 minutes.
Prepare tempering by taking oil + mustard seeds+ urrad dal + chilli and curry leaves. Once it splutters transfer it to bowl and serve hot dhokla
