  4. 10 Pisi hari mirch
  5. Pisa dhanya half cup
  6. Pisa podina half cup
  7. 1/4 tsp Pisi jaifal
  8. 1/4 tsp Pisi jawatri
  9. Kacha papita pisa hua 1 n half tbsp
  10. 2 Brown pyaz
  11. 3/4 cup Oil
  12. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  13. Salt as pee ur taste
  14. 2 tbsp Pisi lal mirch
  15. 2 tsp Garam masala pwdr
  16. Yellow food clr as req
  17. 1 tsp Khewra ess
  18. Chopped hara masala as req

Steps

  1. Meat me saray masalay add kar k dhai k sath marinate kar k 2/3 hours chor dein.

  2. Keep marinated meat in fridge.

  3. Pateeli me oil dalien r marinated meat ko dal lein.

  4. Rice ko boil kar lein.

  5. Meat k uper boiled rice ki layer dein.

  6. Uper brown pyaz r hara masala r food clr dalien.

  7. Dhakan ko ache se cover karen k heat bahar na nikle.taway ko phele se garam kar lein.pateeli ko taway pe rakh k 10 min taiz flame pe cook karen.r phir dum wali flame pe 45 mins cook hone dein.

  8. Pani ache se dry hojaye r dum ajaye meat gal jaye to ache se mix karen.

  9. Garam garam serve karen.
