There’s only one way to make home fries that I know of and that’s with leftover baked potatoes. They’re my fave of all the fried potatoes there are in the world.


  1. Leftover baked potatoes
  2. A few tablespoons of oil
  3. 1 onion


  1. Heat your oil over medium heat in a skillet. Cube your potatoes. Dice or slice your onions. Add onions to the hot skillet and sauté til soft then add the potatoes. Fry until golden brown and delicious. Salt and pepper to taste.
