Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 2 ribs celery
- 1 large onion
- 250 ml beer
- 4 cups chicken stock or broth
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- to taste Cayenne pepper
- to taste Salt and pepper
- Cilantro
Steps
Prepare the vegetable and preheat the oven to 350 farenheit in broil mode
Put the boneless chicken thighs in the pan and season it with salt and pepper and little bit of olive oil
Heat up the oil in the pot and put the seasoned chicken into the stove
Once the oil is heated put in all the flour on a medium high heat for a bout 15 minutes you can’t do something else you must keep stirring your rue
Once the rue colour is like Hershey chocolate put the prepared vegetable into the pot except the garlic
Once you sweat the vegetable you can now put the garlic in
Once you put the garlic in you take the chicken from the oven
Then you pour 250 ml beer into the pot and some in the chicken pan
Scrape the pan with wooden spoon to get all delicious stuff put it in the pot
Add little bit of salt and a lot of pepper to taste little of Cayenne
Wait until boil and simmer it with lid almost close for 3 hours
Wait until cool
