- 1 kilo T-Bone Steak thinly cut
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup calamansi juice or lemon
- 1/4 cup wild pure honey
- 1 tsp black ground pepper
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 stick butter
Mix soy sauce, honey, ground pepper, oyster sauce and calamansi juice and marinate the meat overnight.
Spread the meat with butter and then grill medium rare.
Serve with buttered corn, beans and potato wedges
