Ingredients
- 250 gm green chickpeas
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 boiled and grated potatoes
- to taste Salt
- Oi1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp mint powder
- 1 tsp fennel powder
- Oil
Steps
Firstly wash nd grind the green chickpeas.
now in a bowl mix flour,salt and 3tbsp oil and green chickpeas paste.and make a dough without adding water.now leave it for 10 minutes.Now take another bowl and add potatoes,salt,chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves,mint powder and fennel powder.mix it very well.
Afterthat make 4 balls from dough.Take one ball and make a thick round shape chapati.make more chapatis from all balls.
Afterthat spread potato mixture on that chapati evenly.and roll it.and seal both sides of roll.
Now cut it into small pieces.make more pieces from left Chapaties like this.
After that take one piece and press it with your palm.and repeat this process with other pieces.
Heat the oil and deep-fry these kachories on medium flame.Serve it with sauce and chutney.
