Greek Pasta Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup olive oil
  2. 3 tbsps dry white wine (vermouth substitute)
  3. 2 tbsps lemon juice
  4. 1 tbsp fresh basil/1 tsp dried
  5. 1-2 cloves Fresh ground garlic,
  6. Salt to taste/ remember olives add salt
  7. Fresh ground pepper
  8. Dash hot pepper sauce

Steps

  1. Process til blended. Makes 1/2 cup

  2. Add to cooked pasta, tomatoes, olives, fresh cucumbers daily, red or green onions & feta goat cheese

  3. Keep in fridge, fresh ingredients can be added daily. Cucumbers are best added daily for crunch! Good for 3 days
