Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsps dry white wine (vermouth substitute)
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh basil/1 tsp dried
- 1-2 cloves Fresh ground garlic,
- Salt to taste/ remember olives add salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- Dash hot pepper sauce
Steps
Process til blended. Makes 1/2 cup
Add to cooked pasta, tomatoes, olives, fresh cucumbers daily, red or green onions & feta goat cheese
Keep in fridge, fresh ingredients can be added daily. Cucumbers are best added daily for crunch! Good for 3 days
