Greens, Wild Rice, Garbanzo Beans (Stew) OMG I was messing around and being lazy so I put these together in my ninja foodi and that was the best lazy meal I could have ever made lol. Yummy

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups chickpeas soaked and rinsed
  2. 1 cup wild rice
  3. Spring water
  4. Salt (to taste)
  5. Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
  6. 4 Onions (sauteed)

Steps

  1. Soaked the Garbanzo beans, Wild rice overnight (in separate bowls covered)

  2. Rinse the chickpeas and wild rice

  3. Add the Chickpeas, wild rice, spring water, and seasoning and pressure cook on HI for 30min

  4. Pick and wash the greens chop into pieces

  5. When the Chickpeas and wild rice are done pour into another pot

  6. Now add the greens and pressure cook on HI for 30 min

  7. While the greens are cooking cut the onions and sautee with a pinch of salt

  8. When everything is done add the onions to the greens and stir

  9. This is my way of eating it, but you can add everything together. I get a bowl add the Garbanzo beans and wild rice and then I add the greens. ? Fantastic
