1. Water spinach or kangkong
  2. slices Garlic and ginger
  3. 1 small pack of coconut oil
  4. 1 little bit oyster sauce


  1. Saute garlic and ginger. Add the kang Kong stalk first, cook for a few mins then add in the leafy parts,together with the oyster sauce. Stir well then pour coconut milk and season to taste.
