No Starch Beans


  1. 2 cups chickpeas
  2. Spring water
  3. Sea Salt
  4. Cayenne pepper


  1. Soak the Chickpeas in Spring Water overnight

  2. Rinse the Chickpeas and rub together to separate the skin for cooking time add the chickpeas to pot of spring water add green peppers, onions with sea salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper

  3. Boil until done
